Originally CrossFit Rocks was founded back in 2009 and merged with CrosssFit KangaRocks in 2018 in its current location at 19 Benronalds Street, Seventeen Mile Rocks, 2021 new owners (Nashy and Mads) took over and decided on a fresh name but linked while staying linked to the O.G 
Rocks CrossFit is focused on creating a leading Brisbane CrossFit box for all athlete levels from brand new to CrossFit games level.
