Are children allowed entry?
Yes, Children can come into Rocks while with an adult who is in a class but we ask that all children are off the gym floor during a class.
Do you offer a trial membership?
Yes we have a Free 3 day pass that all new members can use to try Rocks CrossFit
Do you offer other membership options?
If the membership option you are looking for isn't included on our memberships page, please ask and we can look at tailoring a membership price to suit your needs. In saying that, we have created memberships that encourage members to train consistently.
Do you offer an Open Gym only membership?
We do not offer a membership for only open gym because firstly all our members must be ticked off to train during open gym for safety and secondly because we are a community and want all members to be as involved in the gym as much as possible.
